The installation of your windows and doors is extremely important to us, as it’s the lasting impression you’ll have of both our products and our service. For that reason, we never take shortcuts.
Our installation teams work exclusively for us and operate within selected areas. They are highly trained, fully experienced, and FENSA certified, ensuring every installation is completed to a consistently high standard. We also follow a tidy work policy, treating your home with care throughout the entire process.
During your installation, or sometimes shortly after, our Quality Control Manager may visit to check that everything is progressing correctly and meets our processing and installation guidelines. They will always carry proof of identification and are there purely to ensure the quality and finish of your installation.
Above all, we want you to be left with windows and doors that look right, perform as they should, and are something you’ll smile at every time you come home.
